In 2024, HebrewGarden.com relaunched with new features that make it better and easier to track progress.
It now includes four main courses:
- At Home With Hebrew – Learn to read the Hebrew alphabet and pronounce words
- Hebrew Kindergarten – 8 simple stories designed for young children, and drills to help remember and learn the stories and combine the words in different ways.
- Weingreen Biblical Hebrew Course – Zoom recordings of a course that was done over about 18 months with live students
- HaYesod Modern Hebrew Course – Zoom recording of a course using the “HaYesod – Fundamental of Hebrew” textbook (LubaUveeler & Bronznick). The class is still in progress, with over 17 lessons so far. Beyond th Zoom recordings, the instructor (Neal Walters), records each story to help students gain more fluency with it. Anki flashcards are provided for each lesson. Some lessons included AI generated audio of Israelis reading the story.
These courses are available to paid members on a monthly or annual subscription.
